Ooey Gooey Bars and next week's menu!

This is probably the biggest dessert request I get from my husband, he loves these things!

Ingredients:
1 package butter cake mix
1 stick butter
3 eggs
1/2 package of chocolate chips
1 8oz package of cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar



Mix together cake mix, butter and 1 egg. Pat into bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips.

In a separate bowl, cream together remaining ingredients and pour over crust in pan.


Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. The top will be a light, tan color. Let cool for about 10-15 minutes before cutting and serving.
